6. Vacuum assistance. Equipped with a vacuum system, it can remove the gas between the substrate and the melamine board before hot pressing, facilitating close bonding between the two.
7. Board sizing. Equipped with a special melamine board cutting device, it can quickly cut to size according to the substrate size, improving operational efficiency.
8. Automatic unloading. After hot pressing, the machine automatically sends out the finished substrate, facilitating subsequent operation processes and reducing the workload.
9. High cost. The melamine hot press laminating machine has a complex structure, uses high-standard mechanical, electronic, and vacuum technologies, and has a high cost, requiring significant equipment investment and maintenance.
