A melamine thermosetting laminating machine applies prefabricated melamine composite boards to a substrate surface through processes such as fixed-length cutting, preheating and softening, hot melt bonding, and cooling and curing. A trimming saw then trims and shapes the product to produce melamine-faced panels with precise dimensions and high strength. The highly efficient continuous production achieves high output and is widely used in the production of building decorative panels.
Melamine hot press laminating machine The working principle mainly includes:
1. Melamine composite board feeding. The melamine composite board is placed flat on the feeding table, and the feed roller sends the board into the hot pressing area.
2. Fixed-length cutting. Before entering the hot pressing area, the melamine composite board is cut into laminates of the specified size by a fixed-length cutter.
3. Preheat softening. The cut laminates are preheated to a specified temperature by an infrared preheater, softening the surface of the board to a suitable bonding state.
4. Hot melt bonding. The preheated and softened laminates are hot melt bonded to the substrate under high temperature and high pressure in the hot pressing area until the bonding is firm.
5. K-type movement. The top cover of the hot pressing area can perform K-type opening and closing movements, used for putting in or pushing out laminates, and applying pressure during closing for hot melt bonding.
6. Bottom pressure device. There is a bottom pressure device at the bottom of the hot pressing area, used to provide downward pressure in the hot pressing area, and press together with the top cover for bonding.
7. Cooling and curing. The bonded laminates are pushed out of the hot pressing area, and quickly cooled with cold air on the cooling line, making the hot melt adhesive harden and cure, increasing the bonding strength.
8. Trimming and sawing. The cooled laminates are sent to the trimming and sawing machine to saw and grind off the excess edges, trimming them to the specified size to meet the finished product requirements.
9. Finished product output. The trimmed finished melamine pressure-laminated boards are sent out through the output device for subsequent packaging and storage.
Therefore, the melamine hot press laminating machine bonds prefabricated melamine composite boards to the surface of the substrate through processes such as fixed-length cutting, preheating and softening, hot melt bonding, and cooling and curing, then trimmed and shaped by a trimming and sawing machine to produce melamine laminates with precise dimensions and high strength. High-efficiency continuous production achieves high output, widely used in the production of building decoration panels.
