The widespread application of hot presses is undeniable. In wood processing and manufacturing, the importance of hot presses cannot be overlooked; they are a key piece of woodworking machinery. But what is the working principle of such a widely used machine?

The working principle of the press is essentially to apply positive pressure on the basis of negative pressure, along with a special adhesive, to process the equipment. Hot presses also feature high pressure, low temperature, and short membrane pressing time, solving the deformation problems encountered when processing workpieces with negative pressure equipment. This significantly reduces workpiece deformation, ensuring product quality and performance.

Furthermore, existing hot presses on the market can automatically complete the processing steps of feeding, lifting, heating, vacuuming, molding, demolding, and lowering through adjustments. Primarily powered by hydraulic pressure and compressed air, sufficient air pressure and volume are required. The frame is made of a single piece of steel plate, with a rational overall structure. The two worktables can be used in a cycle or individually.
